Booking & payment
A deposit of £100 is required to secure your date and dome. Without a deposit, your date remains open to other bookings. The remaining balance is due on the day of setup.
We'd recommend booking as early as possible, especially for summer weekends and school holidays which fill up fast. We do take last-minute bookings when we have availability — just get in touch and we'll do our best.
We accept bank transfer and most major payment methods. We'll confirm details when you book. WhatsApp us if you have any questions about payment.
We understand plans can change. Please get in touch as soon as possible if you need to cancel or move your booking. We'll always do our best to rearrange. Deposits are generally non-refundable but we're always happy to discuss alternative dates.
The igloo & setup
Our domes are 3.6m in diameter with a base area of 10m² and a maximum height of 220cm. The entrance is 180cm high and 75cm wide. They comfortably fit 4–6 people for a sleepover or small dining setup.
We just need a reasonably flat area of garden roughly 4.5m × 4.5m, and access to an outdoor power socket (or a power cable running from inside). We take care of everything else.
Setup typically takes around 2–3 hours depending on the package. We'll agree a setup time with you in advance so everything is ready well before your event starts.
Yes — the domes are fully weatherproof and can withstand rain and wind. The electric heater keeps things cosy even on colder nights, which is half the fun!
Absolutely — winter is one of our most popular seasons. The igloo is fully enclosed and the heater makes it wonderfully warm inside, even on cold nights. The fairy lights look magical when it's dark outside.
What's included
We supply the dome, flooring, furniture and all the dressing — but you arrange your own cinema or audio setup so it's exactly what you want. Many of our customers use a laptop, tablet, portable projector or their own TV on a stand.
Absolutely — we love making each hire unique. Tell us the theme, colours, or occasion and we'll do everything we can to bring it to life. Some of our favourite setups have been themed birthday parties and romantic anniversary dinners.
For a sleepover setup with 4 inflatable beds, it comfortably fits 4 children or 4 adults. For a gathering or dining setup (without beds), you can fit up to 8–10 guests comfortably.
Coverage & location
We're based in Waddington, Lincoln, and cover a radius of up to 35 miles. This includes Lincoln, Nottingham, Derby, Newark, Grantham, Sleaford and many areas in between. A mileage charge may apply depending on your location.
For bookings close to Lincoln there's no additional charge. For longer distances within our 35-mile radius a small mileage fee may apply — we'll always be upfront about this when you enquire.
